A Word From Our Founder, Lee
Welcome to The Gamekeeper’s Table. My name is Lee, and I am the founder and owner of the business. I established The Gamekeeper’s Table after many years working as a gamekeeper. Over that time, I developed a strong interest in deer management. While working in Somerset, I had the privilege of learning from an experienced deer manager who became both a mentor and a close friend.
Alongside my gamekeeping work, I have also served as Head Deer Stalker on a large estate on the West Coast of Scotland. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of both the practical and professional aspects of deer management.
I hold formal qualifications in Gamekeeping and Wildlife Management, as well as specialist Deer Management certification through the British Deer Society these are The Deer Management Qualification DSC1 & DSC2 i also hold IPC Level 3 award in Emergency First Aid at work plus F.
This also includes Large Game Meat Hygiene, ensuring that everything we supply has been handled and inspected correctly by a trained professional. You can buy from us with complete confidence, knowing that quality, safety, and professionalism are at the heart of everything we do.
